Sonnet is certified as a Peer Support Specialist since 2012 and has since held a variety of training and support roles across the behavioral health field. Her professional background includes experience as a Rehabilitation Specialist, during which she supported individuals in gaining meaningful employment and building skills for long-term success. 

She believes deeply in the power of lived experience and is passionate about facilitating learning for adults by creating safe, inclusive training environments that support equity, build trust, and encourage growth.

Sonnet is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education/Adult Education and Training, further strengthening her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development for adults.
